cheapheap 1 #1 Posted April 28, 2015 i am working on a toro model71193-14-38hxl and cannot push it by hand .saw the lever on the back of the tractor says move to the left and push mower,tried that and it wouldn't move. took tranny out fixed a bunch of problems now i can turn the input shaft but it turns stiff(didn't turn at all before) but still have same problem move the lever and can't push by hand does the motor have to be running or what. i turn the one wheel and the other one turns opposite how is this system suppose to work? i would like to find out before i reinstall the tranny.
