illinilefttackle 399 #1 Posted April 15, 2015 Hi Guys- I finally have started finishing my project from years ago. I have an A-81 complete except for engine. I took the 12 hp Briggs out of my Dads MTD Lawn tractor/mower. I have it mounted in the A-81- everything is going together well- I'm down to the Drive chain. It fits ok- but just doesn't look right. Does anyone have a picture of one correctly done? Done the 2 idler sprockets go inside the chain ( the way I have it now) or- outside, or one & one? Etc. Thanks for any help- old engine fired right up today after nearly 12 years. Finally got the drive belt size figured out- now to replace one bearing on Deck idler pulley and she will cut grass- trust me.
