It’s now HIS Mirror.  Plow truck sold to a church across town, I’m officially no longer in the business.  That’s weird!

Praise the a Lord and pass the ammunition!

After thirty five years of good and faithful service it was time for someone else to take ownership of my 1948 Ford Street Rod Truck. We hadn't been going to any more shows with it and after five years of the truck sitting in the same spot in the garage I convinced my wife it was time to sell it. Took some pictured and posted it on :techie-ebay: at a reasonable price. Much to my surprise it sold with BUY-IT-NOW within two hours to a collector in California. Today his transporter came to pick it up for transfer to westbound car hauler.     :handgestures-thumbupleft:        Safe travels old friend.

Took one last drive before the hauler came. Enjoyed the ride but am glad it is going to someone who will show it some love.

Sold my 1076 with a 4' dozer blade along with axle bracket, weights and chains, I think it's going to a good home after talking with the fellow for about an hour.

I think if it's a tractor or equipment and it's not a Horse it could go in Other Brands. Otherwise Non Tractor Related Discussion will take anything else...

@OldWorkHorse Steve and his Other Half came for a visit and left with a Patriot Horse!!

She's going to give it  some color and use it as a yard worker.

It's going to a great home.

Earlier today @Oldskool Mike and his Other Half drove down from Northern Maine to do some trading.

Mike I'll let you tell about the journey....

@JCM Jim and @Stepney Spenser came to visit and meet Mike and his wife.

He brought me a VERY cool old Kohler generator and some other things.

We filled the back of his truck and some on the trailer from various places here.

I'll be really looking forward to seeing what kind of Awesomeness these things turn into later.

It was an interesting trip to say the least. I thought i would let my phone take me on the trip via google maps. Well not the wisest decision I ever made. Between dropped service and my phone up dating the map "recalculating " the shortest distance repeatedly  the 4.25hr trip turned into about 6. Along with slippery road conditions. The wife and I had a chance to meet some great people. @ebinmaine,   his significant other Trina, @JCM @Stepney,  it was very nice to meet the faces behind the screen names. Eric gave me a great deal on a pile of parts. Enough to keep me busy for a while. I just want to say thank you and Trina again for the parts, the food, the hospitality and the chance to meet some members. After 16.5hrs we are beat. We all know, without a pic it didnt happen lol so here ya go.

Old WheelHorse parts in the bed of a Chevy truck together with the opportunity for you guy's to meet Meeha our 4 legged friend and hanging out with like minded WH people, no better way to spend a late Winter day outside in the Great State of Maine. Oh, that woodstove and our hosts were awesome too.   :handgestures-thumbup:
