dgjks6 6 #1 Posted November 2, 2008 I read through all of the plow discussions - and looked at all the pictures, but I could not find an answer to this question. So I got a 48 inch plow 79350 with a ser number in the 890000's It came off of a 520 and I have a 312. I am trading a member the extender bar for the 520 for the rear mounting brackets. The toro schematic looks like this: https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?...1&partsviewer=1 but the plow I bought looks like this: http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1212 there are 2 beams - both welded on mine and in the pic that are not on the schematics. I can move the bar that attaches the lift bar so it will fit mine, but... can he just put the extender on his and it will mount to a 520 - or are we going to have to trade frames also? Also, will my blade adjustment handle be in the right place? Just wondering
Kelly 1,030 #2 Posted November 3, 2008 If the plows are both in good shape why not just trade plows ? everyone gets what they need, just a thought.
dgjks6 6 #3 Posted November 3, 2008 that's what we were debating - but we are 5 hrs apart.
dgjks6 6 #4 Posted November 3, 2008 Never Mind - I figured it out. The extension for the 520 is 2 parts. The bracket on the end of the plow and the T shaped bar in the middle.
