Changing 13 x 5.00-6 tires - Easy to replace?

I've got 13 x 5.00 -6 tires on my Sears garden tiller. Is it easy to change the tires or should I just buy tires with new rims? I see lots of them advertised on the internet and wanted some advise. The wheen hub needs to be 3/4" ID 4" in length if I but new rims too. It's a bit less expensive to buy just the tires and I don;t mind doing the work.

 

I haven't used the tiller in years and the tires are dryrotted.

   I have changed them out once using a pair of vice-grips to hold the tire bead down and two tire irons. It was a PITA to say the least. Don't know if a HF motorcycle tire changer would have helped out, but I will let someone else do it next time.
