Digger 66 3,478 #1 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) Fellas , I have to ask for your help . My Mom's 74 & still insists on cutting her own grass Last rider she bought was a Poulan PB30 it was , small , easy for her to maneuver , had electric start , and was the biggest piece of junk i had ever encountered . Are there any reliable , relatively medium duty tractors ( rear engine ) that the entire drive system won't fail prematurely on ? Digger 66 3,478 #2 Posted March 15, 2015 Anyone have any experience with Troy-Bilt ? I know from having one of their walk behind tillers those were a quality piece but unsure about these rear engines . http://www.troybilt.com/equipment/troybilt/tb30-r-neighborhood-rider
Ken B 3,164 #3 Posted March 15, 2015 As far as rear engine riders go I like the Snappers...
