Ed Kennell 39,140 #1 Posted January 31, 2015 I made the decision to save what remained of the seat on the Commando 8 I am cleaning up. I managed to stich the seat pan bottom and back together with the HF Mig. It is amazing how it welded those paper thin pieces back together. The key was to keep a brass heat sink behind the welds to prevent burn thru. I am going to save the WH logo back cushion. Any advise on repair products and technique on fixing the 6-8 holes in the vinyl cushion are appreciated. I will be making a new bottom cushion and would like to duplicate the original stitching pattern. Can anyone post a photo of the pattern? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
