It is a seal retainer with o ring, on the 2 places you mentioned it shows that part# as a insert. no picture so I don't know if that is what I want or not. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,104 #4 Posted January 9, 2015 In the manual it says the 83-3800 replaces 200196. If you look it up it comes up as a bellcrank so a mistake somewhere. Give Toro a call. Their customer service should be able to help you out.
