clip 185 #26 Posted November 6, 2015 (edited) New update - went ahead and ordered a 60 degree flood to replace one of the 30 degree spots as discussed earlier in the thread. Makes a heck of a difference in the beam spread with no noticeable throw difference. Edited November 6, 2015 by clip

bmsgaffer 2,046 #30 Posted November 9, 2015 Those are very pricey! You are paying some for the name, but to get high quality LED fixtures, you do pay good money. Those ebay, auto store, wal mart LEDs truely pale in comparison to truly well engineered, designed, and manufactured LED fixtures. The difference will knock your socks off. (I don't own any Rigid LEDs but I design LED fixtures as part of my job!) Not only in brightness and color, but the real kicker is lifetime and optics design.A 100W incandescent light bulb is ~1000 lumens, so this tiny unit is roughly equivalent to a 900W incandescent light bulb! And it only draws 90W!
WHX?? 49,599 #31 Posted December 1, 2015 Working on the 520H and a couple of these gauge lights was burnt out. Also noticed where the sockets on the gauge was geting hot. Keep in mind that 0n 520's the gauge lights are on all the time. Why WH didn't wire them to the headlight switch is beyond me.
