51Chevy 66 #1 Posted December 29, 2014 I'm thinking of outing 2 Briggs and Stratton engins in my suburban. What do you guys think I should do for the steering and fuel tank? Here are some pictures and others for the steering
AMC RULES 37,141 #2 Posted December 29, 2014 Two of 'em? That thing is too nasty the way it's set up now.
51Chevy 66 #3 Posted December 29, 2014 I'm thinking 2 would make it a little bit cooler and different

953 nut 56,146 #6 Posted December 30, 2014 If you used the later model "Fan gear" steering shaft mounted vertically through the original hole in the cowl end of the hood and a drag link going forward for steering, and a fuel tank under the seat with a small electric fuel pump you should be able to get a second engine in there! Stretch the frame and hood and who knows how many you could get in there.
51Chevy 66 #7 Posted December 30, 2014 That's kind of what I was thinking I had a fan gear laying around and was looking at it tonight I probally can put a universal joint on the sh Stock shaft after the dash tower and tie in the later style steering gear from there... I think that should work. I like your idea of a fuel pump..... Maybe I'll put like a moon fuel tank on the front of the tractor
