Looking for hydraulic control valve lever

Recommended Posts

the_nite_owl

My D-160 is missing the lever on the hydraulic control valve for the mid mounted hydraulic lift.

I have been searching but unable to find a replacement but thought I would check here before trying to fabricate something on my own.

I know this same handle was used on a number of other models but do not have a list of what those models were.  I have seen one on eBay that said it was for a D-160 but looked nothing like the one on my tractor or even in the parts diagrams.  I saw another for a a C175 including the hydraulic valve that looked to be a perfect match but I missed the end of the auction.

Anyone have a spare?  If I must I will try to fabricate something using the one existing lever I have as a template.  There is a lever made by Cross that looks like it might be able to be made to fit but there is no guarantee it will be close enough to allow modification to make it work so I do not want to take the chance on spending the money and perhaps not be able to use it.

Thanks.

Trent

Does it look like the lift handle in this pic... if so, I can send you one for $37, with the knob and 'S' connector link.

ps...this is a C-160, but the lift handle is the same thing.

($40 if py Paypal).

Yes, that is it exactly. On the D-160 there are two side by side coming out of the right side of the dash panel.  One was missing when I got the tractor but the control valve is there and hooked up, just no way to work it.

I have not even tried hooking up the plow, snowblower or mowing deck as I do not have use of the center lift.  It has not been a problem so far as I have been using it with the FEL but would like to use that snow blower in my driveway rather than the small plow or snow blower on my Simplicity tractors.

I sent you a direct email.
