Bert 760 #1 Posted December 6, 2014 Picked this up about 1 min up the road, it was on a troy bilt tiller with electric start and a complete charging system. It runs great! I didn't realize it was cast iron till I got it home and noticed rust by the exhaust, so I got a magnet and it stuck to the block. Ive heard they were out there but had never seen one I think this will be a nice repower for the work horse 700 or the 653, can't decide which yet though I like the idea of stock apearance with some extra weight and durability. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Also would like to see the carb and cable setup. This one is a lil different then the wheel horse setup and i was wondering if id need to trade from my tired work horse 700 engine? About the only difference is the blower housing is a bit more square and of coarse those two ugly bolt holes in the front for the front mount tank. The throttle assembly is a bit different as well but I had an orriginal to put on it. I pulled the motor because it smoked badly and I was tired of fixing the dang thing. sorekiwi 761 #15 Posted December 9, 2014 I have never been up close to an H70, but a few years ago I took some shots comparing an HH60 to an H60. One thing I liked about the HH60 was the bearing on the PTO end of the crank. Note that this H60 was an electric start motor with a fuel pump, the HH60 was a recoil start with no fuel pump. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
