JimmyZ 176 #1 Posted November 24, 2014 Both tractors have Briggs 16's in them. The wheel weights are 75 lbs per tire. I just have to put the 2 link tire chains on each tractor.
oliver2-44 9,755 #2 Posted November 24, 2014 Nice looking team! I'm glad we don't have tons of snow in Texas, buy I can see some tractor fun with it.
cleat 5,998 #3 Posted November 24, 2014 I used to have an old Simplicity Baron with the Cast iron 13HP Briggs engine. Blew snow pretty good for a single stage. Got stuck once in a while and was a bear to move (that thing was heavy). Only issue I had was in cold weather the starter/generator had trouble spinning the engine over fast enough to start it (I always enjoyed just how quiet that starter was however). Have fun with them, they look great. Cleat.
Wheel-N-It 2,969 #4 Posted December 6, 2014 Yes, that is a nice team of Simplicitys. IMO Simplicity does not have the cult following they deserve. I have two running 728 Simplicitys (with three mowing decks) I will sell as a pair if anyone reading this is interested and a fan of that brand.
squonk 41,118 #5 Posted December 6, 2014 I put that exact same blower on my little 210-H. Worked great for like 15 yrs.
