KyBlue 655 #1 Posted November 16, 2014 I was supposed to take a Pork Loin down and cook it for Geno and his hunting partner in crime .. but due to delays and half trailer troubles there wasn't enough time. So I cooked it today ... Pork Loins (they come two in a pack) with a dusting of my Dry Rub and Smoked over Natural Charcoal and Hickory... in 30 degree weather with Strong winds.
