OhioGuy89 4 #1 Posted November 10, 2014 Hi everyone, in preparation for winter here in NE Ohio, I am getting ready to put my snowblower on my 520H. I even got a new belt this year since the old one was shot. My question is, is there a way to remove the one pulley from the shaft that goes to the thrower? I have sprayed it with PB blaster and removed the two square headed bolts, but I can't seem to get it off to install the new belt. Any suggestions? I've included a picture of the pulley in question. Thanks! Matt

You may need to loosen the bolts on the left bearing also. If it works that would save the chance of damaging the pulley. Garry
