Ethan and Randies horses 65 #1 Posted October 13, 2014 this looks like a brinly but has no tags so is it a brinly or not?
groundhog47 347 #2 Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) That sorta looks like a Wheel Horse plow believe Brinly made some of them, unsure, could say better if saw plow adjustment. Coulter wheel attaches differently to beam than newer Brinly. Frog looks same. The straight beam throws me too. There is one in MANUALS sect that looks like it but doesn't specify from Brinly. Found this site for Ohio Steel Fabricators: http://www.stevenchalmers.com/Gravely/A76/5_Plow.shtml so they must have made it instead of Brinly. Picture they have looks like earlier Wheel Horse depth adjustment set up. Quote from another tractor site: "Brinly plows .... along with some other implements they sell ... are manufactured by Ohio Steel Fabricators located in Columbus Ohio. Sometimes you will see painted red plows identical to Brinly with a Ohio Steel Fabricators decal on the beam." Both below from this site, brochure on page 6 from here: http://www.stevencha...76/5_Plow.shtml Edited October 15, 2014 by groundhog47

CasualObserver 3,408 #5 Posted October 14, 2014 Brinly and Ohio Steel are two separate and distinct companies. Both made the equipment under their own respective names as well as making branded equipment for companies like That Green decal is an Ohio Steel decal. They made it.
