grinchsr 634 #1 Posted September 9, 2014 (edited) I have a 1992 312-8 model #3112K804. Did 312's ever come with 1-1/8 axles because this one has them. I think I read somewhere that some 312's had them from the factory. Edited September 9, 2014 by grinchsr

grinchsr 634 #3 Posted September 9, 2014 That answers it. I thank you. It also explains why the extra trans I have has the large axles. It came out of a 1991
Wishin4a416 2,191 #4 Posted September 12, 2014 I was expecting my 87 312-8 to be in that list but its not. It has the big axles.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,104 #5 Posted September 12, 2014 I was expecting my 87 312-8 to be in that list but its not. It has the big axles. Don't take that list as gospel. It was put together using the best info available but not always correct. I think the cause of the confusion is manuals are shared by similar models and when they were posted online by Toro the specifics of each model got lost. Coming up with an original printed illustrated parts list usually explains the discrepancies. I hope other 1987 312-8 owners can add to this. Garry
