fredwook 2 #1 Posted August 27, 2014 Rebuilding a Raider 12. The hole that the steering shaft goes through is a perfect oval shape. It had a nylon bushing on the shaft in the hole (Second picture) but it doesn't really do much due to the oval hole. Needless to say the shaft will rock forward and back. Is this hole just worn out and is the nylon bushing someone's attempt at a fix? thanks, Fred Sorry about the upside down pics!
