Ive been looking for another c141 auto with hydro lift for couple months now. saturday i got a message some one selling one with deck and blade. I called the guy settled on 200. It actually runs and moves great. My boy mowed with it today. I have a few questions within the deck. it seems that when your sitting on tractor the front left deck wheel is on the ground but the one on the right isnt even close to be on the ground. There dont seem to be a adjustment for that even. Im not sure if its the deck outta wack or what. It dont seem to mow bad alittle uneven. Id like to figure that out. The only other issue is unloaded from trailer brought in garage looked at fluids and should i be surprised? But no oil on dipstick neither oil or hydro. I told my boy I wonder how this has been maintained. I got the fluids filled to where they need to be and mowed. I did notice that it looks like the oil pan gasket is leaking. And someone put a electric fuel pump on it. I am looking and so far no luck a original kohler fuel pump... :)

My deck sits crooked as well. Looks like someone really crammed it into something at some point. Pull the deck. Stand back and eyeball everything. I noticed mine is bent a little. I tried straightening it out, no luck so far..

If I'm reading this correctly, your front deck wheels (rollers, actually), shouldn't normally be touching the ground, at least on level ground.  Is it possible your deck isn't firmly attached to the front hitch?  Or like T McCool suggested, maybe the deck itself is bent.  Which deck is on it, there may be a side-to-side leveling adjustment?

I would plan to change both fluids soon, no telling how long it's been since they were last changed, especially if both were very low when you checked.

so the front wheels on the deck should or shouldnt touch ground when mowing? not sure what size deck it is thinking maybe its a 42. It is a side discharge. I gotta pull engine to change pan gasket so changing oil very soon. the hydro fluid will be soon also. i did notice mowing that it wants to go fast all the time any way to make it go the speed you want? dunno if that cam gear getting wore so it slides dunno

Both of my 42" SD decks are setup with the front rollers off the ground, they only touch if the ground is uneven. Set the cutting height with the rear wheels and use the leveling rod to adjust the front height to match the rear. Nice find and great price on the C-141.

Make sure the deck is attached right. There is a fork on the front rod that goes into the hitch. This fork has to go over the large rod in the hitch. If it doesn't the deck will not hang level.

Everything appears to be hooked up right... Maybe I can have a Wheelhorse guy look at it. It's just odd that all the wheels wouldn't touch ground. I just have the one touched in front. Other than that it has a oil leak I believe oil pan gasket or it may be coming from fuel pump? It was bad and they put electric pump on. I am thinking they had it off tractor and that gasket behind it is bad.

Your front deck wheels will never touch the ground on level hard flat ground. The purpose of the front wheels is to stop scalping when mowing on uneven ground. Their name is an anti-scalp roller. The deck height is set by the back wheels on the deck. These are called your gauge wheels as they set the "gauge" or length of the grass after cutting. Its sounding to me like its fine and you're just worried over nothing. Now if 1 anti scalp roller hits and the other side doesn't on level ground, then your deck is tweaked and needs to be bent back and reinforced. I have heard of some of the side discharge decks doing this because the discharge side is wide open and not tied together. Some guys bend them back and weld round stock across the opening for support.
