Here are two pictures of our local show near Richmond Va,

I forget how many tractors are there but i halled them for three days usin two trailors one trip with each per day.

Chris--I live in Mechanicsville, also...(surprised I haven't run across you somewhere locally) ---I was at that show on Saturday w/ Bill and Jerry..... :hide:

Jon I will take some pictures this week end or tommorow and send to you its one of them jap diesel engines with a elec, starter and it had the rope start hehehehe I broke that on the fith pull I didnt push the valve lever down dum me

It was a 65 lawn ranger rolling chassie I pieced a bunch of parts together

welded a plate into the fram and away if went smoking all the way

Chris its the fieldays of the past show you name it its there from the big and bad to the smallest and well ugly this year it was sept, 19-21 and it will be about the same time next year

If you go to farm show Collector Show Directory its a book you can order it shows every show in the us and can,

Im working on pictures tommorow today was honey do day

mine has the electric starter I wouldnt have got it if it didnt have the starter you ever tryede to pull start one of them its a bear even with the decompression lever one may end up with a broken arm

Thanks Glenn,

I'm new to this esteemed group...in ownership anyway! Been a fan of the Red for a long time, but only acquired one in the last few weeks. Long story, but mine was an amazing gift. (See my 2 posts in the picture gallery, 1973-77).

Kinda' late in the game now, but I know a few other Red owners...was thinking next year might be fun to get a group together to participate in the Mechanicsville Christmas Parade...something along the lines of "Santa's Horses" or some such thing.

Thoughts?
