oldandred 15 #6 Posted November 26, 2008 Jon I will take some pictures this week end or tommorow and send to you its one of them jap diesel engines with a elec, starter and it had the rope start hehehehe I broke that on the fith pull I didnt push the valve lever down dum me It was a 65 lawn ranger rolling chassie I pieced a bunch of parts together welded a plate into the fram and away if went smoking all the way Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

chesbaycruiser 83 #10 Posted December 1, 2008 Thanks Glenn, I'm new to this esteemed group...in ownership anyway! Been a fan of the Red for a long time, but only acquired one in the last few weeks. Long story, but mine was an amazing gift. (See my 2 posts in the picture gallery, 1973-77). Kinda' late in the game now, but I know a few other Red owners...was thinking next year might be fun to get a group together to participate in the Mechanicsville Christmas Parade...something along the lines of "Santa's Horses" or some such thing.
