jdleach 525 #14 Posted June 17, 2014 Might want to be careful about dragging firewood in. There are a whole load of restrictions in many states on firewood due to the Emerald Ash Borer. Don't know which, or how many states are affected. Seems New York is one, Indiana certainly is. The problem is wherever the ash tree can be found, the potential for borer infection is there. Whole forests have had their ash populations wiped out. No "cure" per se, other than containment. Transporting firewood is a major reason the bug has spread so badly. Unfortunately I had a business trip to go on and I was very to a least stop by and check everything out. The short period of time I was there I loved it!!!
