Foozerush 40 #1 Posted May 24, 2014 CL find 310-8. Paid asking price of $300. Good deal in my book. Fires up fine, all gears work as hi/lo does too. Deck is quiet, belts look a lil worn, but gonna use them till they really need replaced. Need a headlight, heck don't know if they work, didn't check.... Not important.... Pics to enjoy. What year is she? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Racinbob 11,035 #5 Posted May 24, 2014 You did good! That's a 1989 if I'm reading the chart properly.
stratostar250 919 #6 Posted May 25, 2014 310 is a great machine! Was my first garden tractor and used it to plow and disc the garden I'm making. It didn't hiccup once. Enjoy! Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
jdleach 525 #7 Posted May 25, 2014 Nice tractor there. For my home in town, the 310 with a 36" deck would be the berries.
Wheel-N-It 2,968 #8 Posted May 25, 2014 You did just fine for $300. I could not pass that up for the price.
Tankman 3,518 #9 Posted May 26, 2014 Nice Horse, great price! Those in-the-know would've jumped on the deal! Headlamps are very low priced at NAPA. Kevlar belts from Huskee, on the TSC shelves, are excellent. Been usin' them for years, they're green and hold up very vell. Thinking again, "Nice Horse and a steal." Foozerush 40 #10 Posted May 27, 2014 Boy.... I could not be happier with this purchase! Think I hit a home run with her.... Mowed with it last night and not only did it leave a nice flat cut, ran so smooth... Perfect!! Let the kid finish the front property, told him to head to the stable to put it in its new stall, looked at the back and saw the gas tank was wet on the left of it, yelled at him to shut it down to check it out.... Turns out the gas cap has a crack on the face of it. Gas spewing out of it. Hosed her down good, wiped it down good and put her away. Guess gas cap gets added to shopping list next week. Think I'm gonna run those belts till they break, get my money out of them, but I'll have some new ones hanging nearby next week. Pic of Kyle mowing yesterday... Did go home and mowed with my 416 and could feel the differences in the two models. Onan roar over the heavy thump of the Kohler..... I like them both. Softer ride with the bigger tires on the 416. Now I have to keep reminding my self to give the 8-25 some needed seat time, so she gets mowing duty next to give the 416 a break next time.... God I Love owning multiple WH's!!! squonk 41,016 #11 Posted May 27, 2014 Those Magnums are great. I just picked up a 310-8 as well. I got it for the attachments that came with ti. Tractor is a pretty beat up 1985 model but it starts right up and that motor purrs and it cuts great. I got a for sale sign on it and anyone can jump on it and try it out with no issues! tunahead72 2,400 #12 Posted May 28, 2014 You did good! That's a 1989 if I'm reading the chart properly. I believe 1989 is correct too, but there's some confusion (in my mind, at least) about the engine on your tractor. The model list here on RedSquare shows an engine spec. no. of 461521, which agrees with information on the Toro web site. But one of your photos shows spec. no. 461533, which I don't see anywhere on the Toro or Kohler sites. There are two other threads on RedSquare that mention a 21-10K806 tractor with a 461533 engine (do a search here on "461533", you'll see them). Here's the entry from the RedSquare model list: 21-10K806 1989 310-8 GardenTractor 8 Speed Kohler M10S-461521 I don't know what any of this means, if anything, so I guess the only thing for you to do is enjoy your new toy!
