It got to the stage that the parts guy would just call Phil as soon as I walked through the door, because he knew that I wanted something weird, and that Phil would know what it was off the top of his head. Phil is a great guy, and always willing to share a story. With this weekend being Memorial weekend, I will mention that Phil competed in the Indianapolis 2 1/2 on more than one occasion, and the stories are well worth listening to.
