illinilefttackle 399 #1 Posted May 22, 2014 (edited) Hey Guys- just had a member ask me if the snow blower I'm selling in the classifieds would fit his C-175. It was used on my C-125. I told him the tractors are the same except for the engine-so it should- What do the experts say? Thanks-Al Edited May 22, 2014 by illinilefttackle

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,040 #3 Posted May 22, 2014 Looks odd.for a C-Series snowthrower. What is the model number and serial number? Looks like the ID plate behind the chute. Garry
illinilefttackle 399 #4 Posted May 22, 2014 (edited) Sharp eye Garry- it came to me as a #06-37SK02- made for a vertical engine tractor- I converted it to work on a Horizontal engine tractor-making an attachment that fit into the Tachamatic in front of my C-125. Then because it was designed to run backwards of what a horizontal engine blower does-I ran the belt going to PTO on my C-125-thru a "Mule Drive" to reverse it-problem solved-really throws the snow! gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,040 #5 Posted May 23, 2014 Nothing wrong with that. Should work just the same. Garry
bmsgaffer 2,043 #6 Posted May 23, 2014 Will hook up with no modifications. THe only picking point is that the pto could be in a slightly different position making for a different size belt requirement. Assuming there is a tensioner built in to the system Ill bet it would fit as is.
