Finally felt safe to remove the plow!

With the winter we had, I was really reluctant to remove the plow from the 414.  This morning before work, I took the plow off, removed the wheel weights, swapped the winter turf's with AG's, changed the oil, lubed everything, cleaned the air filter, installed the 42" SD mowing deck, with mule drive,  put everything away all under an hour!  Gotta love the horses!

I hope you replaced the blade with a squeegee...we just  got 2" of rain in less then an hour last night.  I'd almost rather have the snow then all of this rain.

Gotta love the Horses! Even the odd ball lawn tractors. I remember when I had my 210-H. Had the blade on and we got an updated morning storm report of heavy snow coming. Went home for lunch and switched the blade for the Allis- Chalmers snowblower I adapted for it. Did it in 15 min. I used an air ratchet but it was still quite a thrash! I felt like the guys on one of those Top Fuel pit crews!
