jdleach 525 #1 Posted May 13, 2014 On the 300 series tractors, the optional Dial-A-Height knob had a spacer underneath it. The one on my 312-8 is missing. Does anyone know what these spacers were made of and the length? I figure I'll just turn one out on the lathe at work one evening out of aluminum or steel and paint it, but I do need the length. jdleach 525 #4 Posted May 17, 2014 Thanks mrc, that sounds about right. I roughly measured travel the other day, and came up with 1 3/8". I got around to making one out of cold rolled steel this evening at work, and it seems to be correct. Just painted it semi-gloss black, and will install tomorrow.
