i have a 1973 8hp 4 speed wheelhorse and i was wondering if there is anyhere to get decals for

First, welcome, glad you're here. If you look in the Wheel Horse section, there is a links sticky with several sources for decals. The first one on the list is MidWest Custom who is a member of this site and will hopefully chime in. He has helped several members here with reproduction decals as well as custom work (and designed our banner as well).

I'll second the welcome. Glad you found us. Karl is right, Midwest Custom (VinylGuy52) is a wonderful source for decals. Check this site and you can find a few examples of his work. Again, welcome to the site.

If for some reason Terry doesn't have your decals, and you have an original set, he can reproduce them for you. He did the ones for my old 1077, and they are PERFECT!

He also did the custom made C-520 decals shown in my avatar.
