2bcross3 1 #1 Posted April 27, 2014 I've been a member for a year but took in a lot of info and getting to know my "new to me" old 86' 312 Wheel horse. She's got new lug tires and new paint for this year. Looking to get a plow setup for next winter. Make this baby a year round work horse. Flushed the transmission a few weeks ago thanks to this forum and fixed and electrical problem just today. Lots of great info and a great group here. Thank you! Sparky-(Admin) 22,036 #3 Posted April 27, 2014 I think every Wheel Horse guy has owned a 312 at some time in their collecting/using years. I'm willing to bet in the mid 80's the 312 was the best selling tractor in the Wheel Horse line-up! (I've had 2 of them ) Mike............

Bob P. 2 #6 Posted April 28, 2014 Greetings, 2bcross3 and welcome to Looks good, I like the white rims too, think I'll paint mine that way someday. I've had my 1st Wheel Horse for a month now, love it, it's a 312-8. Which tires are those on the back? I'm in the market for some aggies, I've seen the Hi Runs at TSC. 2bcross3 1 #7 Posted April 28, 2014 Which tires are those on the back? I'm in the market for some aggies, I've seen the Hi Runs at TSC. I got those off ebay. Duro lugs. So far they are working great in the sloppy spring mess. It had worn Carlisle turf tires with chains before which didn't give me much traction. So far I'm quite happy with them. 2bcross3 1 #10 Posted April 28, 2014 Thanks! She still runs smooth. Need to top off oil every 6 hours of run time which is every time I mow. Starts right up every time. Tapatalking from my galaxy
