petes 150 #2 Posted April 5, 2014 Hi I have a c-175 from belgium. Now this wasn't move more than 10 years and now I have to ask what I should do before I give force to the transmission. oil change is already made. Are there any other tips? thanks My first thoughts are was it stored outside, and if so was there water in the trans fluid. I would be ready for leaks as gaskets dry out and o-rings get hard after setting for that amount of time. If you do operate it and everything seem ok, maybe a second fluid/filter change after some operating hour might be a good idea.

woodchuckfarmer 333 #6 Posted April 6, 2014 Id take it slow and let it warm up good. Watch for leaks, run it around a little. Then if it seems ok run it.
