Hope I got the right ones 

5457 nylon hood bushings - 2 required about $10 each at Toro

5666 nylon fender pan bushings - 4 required about $1.44 at Toro

5667 fender pan bumpers - 4 required about $2 at Toro

 

As an alternative many auto door hinges use similar flanged nylon and brass/bronze bushings
