It is a 2 channel model (hence the 2 different flash modes). It came from a place called Star LED Lighting....not sure on a web site but their TX is 1-765-669-1111 in Central INdiana. redrooster 83 #33 Posted October 21, 2014 Decided to replace my 1156 headlight bulbs with leds that plug in the 1156 holes. I bought them at Walmart for 14 bucks. Also the tail lights were replaced with leds. The first two pics are original 1156 bulbs and the second two pics are led. The leds do not illuminate more area but I like the white light.
