whfan74 2,066 #1 Posted January 13, 2014 Well it is time to move out of the neighborhood and find some peace and tranquility. We are just getting started on our search and hopefully we find something we like. Our requirements.........out in the country, a little bit of land, I would love to have a pole building if at all possible but not a deal breaker. Finally we don't want to be married to our mortgage. Looking to have something paid off sooner rather than later. We are going to look at our first place tonight. It doesn't have a ton of land, only a half acre, but it is surrounded by fields. It is an older updated farm house, which is what we like. It has a 16x20 pole building with dirt floor. It has a decent amount of square footage in the house and it has an attached 4 car garage!!! Hoping the wife likes the inside and all of the mechanicals, electrical, etc. is in good shape. Exciting and nervous all at the same time! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

We've looked at several places so far, nothing has clicked yet, always seem to be a few details left out of the listings....
