bmsgaffer 2,043 #1 Posted January 10, 2014 I had to share my 'blackhorse' collection. I have been driving the C-105 8 speed since I was old enough to sit on my dads lap and steer. Needs an engine rebuild or swap. Haven't decided yet. It has been stored inside since it was brand new, its in incredible condition. I just recently bought the C-125 8 speed that needs paint work and a new seat. Today I bought a C-165 (power!) Automatic that will be the work horse after getting some TLC. I paid WAY too much for it but considering its being delivered nearly 250 miles, I think I came out ahead. I really wanted the 'big block' Kohler and hydro for doing work. It is coming with a deck, plow, and wheel weights for all 4 wheels. I am planning on keeping two for sure. The third may be converted to electric (i have a 36v 3HP motor that is itching to go in something) or sold for parts to help other people restore some black hoods.

shallowwatersailor 3,213 #8 Posted January 11, 2014 I'm sure that there is a C-175 and C-195 begging to be under your roof.
bmsgaffer 2,043 #9 Posted January 11, 2014 Once I get a bigger roof to put them under maybe I am storing the blackhorses at my parents house as it is. I am hoping to get some more land in the next few years to put them to GOOD use. Right now they will be sometimes mowing and all the time snow removal and wagon toting around my half acre i have now.
