hcminis 1,555 #1 Posted January 7, 2014 Saturday we got around 8-12" of snow here in western Indiana. The most my little Suburban has ever pushed in one day. Cleared the long circle drive twice plus the neighbors once. Here are a few pics of the little beast after the first run.

Eric857 54 #11 Posted January 8, 2014 it amazes me that the little wheel horse tractors from 50 years ago can do more work than the pieces of junk we have now
Racinbob 11,030 #12 Posted January 8, 2014 I love it!! Brings back old memories of when my age was in single digits (ok, really old memories). What motor do you have in that? Somethings different and it looks like it fits very well.

953 nut 55,000 #15 Posted January 11, 2014 Bigger is not always better! Haven't had any snow here yet, but I may hang a plow on my 400 Suburban. I have always used the 1055 or 953 but why not give the little stallion of the herd a chance too.

Hodge71 664 #21 Posted January 12, 2014 I sure wish I could plow with one of my Rjs or Suburbans. I have 3 plows that I could put on but being that they don't trip when they hit something solid and I have quite a few boonties ( large rocks protruding from the ground) I don't want a groin full of steering wheel if I stop dead…Plus the wear and tear on the tranny hitting something solid scares me. I will continue to use my Charger 12 and The 18 auto and the 60 inch blade will be home from my Dads soon so that will be put into service soon… Great looking little plow ya have there
hm12460 53 #22 Posted January 12, 2014 Looks like a very honest and hard working little tractor.
hcminis 1,555 #23 Posted January 24, 2014 Thanks everyone. it's a 1950. Has a Harbor Freight clone in it. The original motor was replaced with a rare 5 H.P. Kohler from an Army generator. So, I took it off because the carburetor is messed up.
fourwheels0 191 #24 Posted January 24, 2014 don't you mean 1960? lol. what harbor freight clone do you have in it. was it a direct bolt in?.
hcminis 1,555 #25 Posted January 30, 2014 ahh....yeah. 1960. Thanks for the correction. Sent you a P.M.
