jeremi3210 735 #1 Posted December 12, 2013 I have a rear end out of a charger piston to gear hydro dont know if its good. The tow valve on it turns and turns and turns?? Is that normal or is it striped?? If it is striped is there anyway to fix it?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
TT-(Moderator) 1,145 #2 Posted December 12, 2013 The tow valve can turn indefinitely, but only 1/2 turn is required to change from tow to drive. Unless it's been tampered with, the long side of the roll pin should point forward to drive and to the rear to tow. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

pfrederi 17,889 #4 Posted December 12, 2013 My opinion a bench test set may tell you if it works...however until you load it up and get it hot you will not really know how well it works. I would put it on a tractor and then run/work it till it was hot them put it up against an immovable object with the rear wheels on pavement and see if it will spin the tires with you on it.
