do you really have to scuff up the primer before painting the topcoat? we didn't have that much of a problem with spraining parts of our bigger tractors, could be the type of paint we used?

Where does this pulley go. I don't have a picture of it before I tore it down and I can't see well enough in other photos. Can someone help please?

Looks real good!  You may want to search wheel horse 753 images (if you haven't already), there are some pretty good pics there of the pulley. That appears to be only an idler pulley for the mower belt (??).

Looks great Zane...did you figure out the pulley?     I'm OK...going through a much needed thaw outside.  That paint looks fantastic.

Thanks Steve. Gotta touch up the rear wheels in a spot or two. Not really. I don't know what I'll do. I wish I didn't need that pulley but I don't want my pedal to just hang.
