steelman 251 #2 Posted October 11, 2013 Quite a few are listed on Craig's List and you can pick up some decent machines if you are patient. (and lucky)

stevasaurus 22,701 #4 Posted October 11, 2013 There are a number of members in Minnesota that are collectors and may have one or more for sale.

953 nut 55,045 #6 Posted October 11, 2013 The two best suggestions I can give are the classified listing on this site and the member map on this site. If you PM (private message) email members who are close by they may know of a that needs a new home. Ebay would be an option, but you will do better here. Good luck and let us know how you make out. SousaKerry 501 #7 Posted October 11, 2013 Don't forget to watch local auctions, a bit more work and patience is required but it's better then Epay, even though I bought my second tractor there for $
DoctorHfuhruhurr 137 #8 Posted October 11, 2013 If you have a smart phone you can get apps like Craigslistnotifica and set up searches for it to notify you when something gets listed. I prefer to let the app do the work and text me.
cruisnblue48 835 #9 Posted October 11, 2013 Craigslist works for me. I have picked up seven WH's in the past 2-1/2 years. The first one was given to me free. Five were local Craigslist buys all within 30 miles of my home. The other one was a request for a pulling tractor I made here on Redsquare classifieds... drove 3 hours one way to snag that one. bigfkd22 11 #11 Posted October 16, 2013 I hunt craigslist and sometimes ebay (parts usually) I use craigslist pro and search about 150-200 mile radius. I do it daily (I'm nuts I know). I also get emails from this site from the classifieds section. I have gotten 6-7 horses in the last 2.5 years. I have sold a few as well. I think the key is diligence and being able to put cash in the guys hand ASAP if you see a deal. Chances are high if its a really good deal it will be gone quick. Good luck to you!!
