dennist 139 #5 Posted September 23, 2013 I'm with Coadster....Nice split-bumper! My buddy used to have a 70' Rally Sport and that was so low geared it would just "jump" off the line. It was very impressive to me, as I had a high geared 87' Iroc Z with auto trans.

zieg72 209 #7 Posted September 23, 2013 Got to love the uniqueness of AMC and what they were able to accomplish. I remember a early 70's Hornet at the Auto repair shop I worked at in the late 70's. It had a 390 all hopped up with a 4 speed. I just know the car owners wife didn't want the car around so he stored it up there and of course it had to be run at least once a week to go get lunch. That was a trip I never minded going on. To this day it was the funnest street car I have ever driven.

Looking to swap out this coming winter.
Ken B 3,164 #9 Posted September 24, 2013 Sounds like a Mutha Thumper cam in there Craig, it sounds wicked. I know that bad boy would have no problem adding some air under its front tires. I only wish he hadn't teased me so much and just laid down some black stripes! Beautiful ride indeed.
