Raider 10 Looking Better.

Recommended Posts

Charlie Smith

Hello all,

As most of you know I've had my little raider 10 for a year or there abouts now. I haven't really done any major restoration to the little old girl but I have done small bits and pieces to make the raider look better, I haven't touched the paint work for the main body 'YET' however I have painted the wheels, got a steering wheel cap, Ian helped me out with the deck lower arm grip. All the little bits and bobs really make a difference.

When money allows me to do so... I'm going to purchase some agracutual tyres, and also paint the whole tractor.

i agree. leave the patina and even a little rust, just to show some character.

but paint the wheels and get them looking new :tools-hammerdrill:

Thank you for all your feed back guys.

And the little old raider doesn't really have a day job... Just gives a helping hand where needed. For example the other day she helped pull out an overgrown chain link fence out it has been used to haul things about. Most recently has been used to carry logs up from the wood down the back and bring them back to the garden to be cut ready for the open fire this winter,

She looks good to me but that seat looks like it needs some work there. That seat back leans way back. Looks like some really big guy leaned back a lot. Is the frame cracked there at the bottom? Most are you know? Course maybe it's just the picture.
