Added another WH to the collection

Well I was driving home after visiting my sister in Western NY, taking the back roads. When out of the corner of my eye I see a Wheel Horse with a deck sitting along side the road with a "For Sale" sign on it. I stop (duh...of coarse!!!) and asked the guy to fire 'er up! VVrrrooom!!! No Smoke! So I asked why was he selling it? He said that his grandfather bought it original and handed it down; but that he just bought a big Craftsman tractor and he had no use for it. Now I did not want him to "catch on" that I was drooling inside and I am a WH nut, and he's gonna spring at selling to a collector at the highest bid! I took a deep breath and said "Looks in decent shape for an old tractor". He said that it was always kept in the barn. "How much are you looking to get for it?" I said while biting the inside of my lips. He said $100! SOLD!!! Here's cash! ...and away I took it to it's new home!

 

Needs a good shining up and a few cosmetic things... like a new seat.

Well that explains it.  I was wondering why there was a guy standing on the side of the road with $100 bucks in his hand scratching his head and looking at a for sale sign on the ground.
