Pics of how well a 50" grader blade performs

These were taken this spring on a gravel packed road, no new gravel was spread.

We have that blade for our 520H and it did a lot of landscaping and driveway smoothing for us. It was a great investment and really paid for itself many times. Since our drive has been paved and the landscaping done for many years, we have not used it for a long time, but am hesitant to give it up.

Nice job! Love the 50" grader! I've cleaned up our 1/2 mile common driveway many a time with it. Leveled off a few areas in the yard. It's probably the best accessory WH made!

Dennis,

Looks great! Love the Blimp sticker on the hood too. I used to be the manager there many years ago!

Envious of course! Nice work!

Did you need the wheel weights to accomplish the mission? :eusa-think:

Can't speak for Dennist, but I did not use wheel weights for the grader blade activities I did.

Dennis,

Micah, This tractor came with the Blimp sticker installed. I got it the day we met up at Darren's, I dropped off the 2-stage, picked up the weights Rex left, then drove 15 min south and grabbed this beat up 416 with deck,cart,and........another 2-stage for the ride home! My wife and kids were so embarrassed and amazed that I just delivered a snowblower and now picked up another. It has been my worker ever since. WBLM-Great station, I did not know you were there. When in High School my friends dad worked there last name Thurston?

Envious of course! Nice work!

As Red said he did not need weights, but the weights and chains were already on and I never had an issue with them on thats for sure.

Here's a video of the grader I made with weights. It does a great job. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItuZiOAOElM

Great video, that's exactly what I am saying, it Really does move a good volume of material, if you use it right. I was truly amazed at the ease and fun at the same time.

The grader blade is GREAT!! We have that and the 44" two stage snowblower, besides the 48" mower deck. Makes the 520H a REAL workhorse.

Anyone ever, those of us that don't have a grader blade, ever try a rake? All I need to do is keep up with my stone / millings driveways.
