prondzy 3,883 #8 Posted August 15, 2013 So these are the blades I picked up the ones on top (blue) have serrated teeth and the bottom ones (rusty) are just straight teeth. not sure if they belong on a WH or do they belong to a Jari?
rydogg 186 #10 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) Based on the color I would say Jari. The color scheme on some of the Jari sickle mowers was a green and blue.....the engine cover was green and the rest of the machine was blue. Kelly 1,030 #11 Posted August 16, 2013 Those teeth look to long to be WH
CasualObserver 3,410 #12 Posted August 16, 2013 Curious... one bar holds 15 sections and the other 17? I never went and looked at mine, but looking at Steve's above, I count 15, which is the same number allotted in the CBR-32 manual. Not sure what the other one would fit. I would guess it measures 34" wide? (they should be 2" each)
Lane Ranger 11,062 #13 Posted August 25, 2013 (edited) I just completed a Wheel Horse front Cutter Bar ( CBR-32 Front Cutter Bar for RJ's and Suburbans) and the blades on mine are plain/smooth edged. The rivets and blades were all good on my cutter bar but I had replacement rivets and blades if I needed them. Cas the CBR-32 manual states replacement rivets are 13/64 x 1/2 inch. These also are used on the 42 and 50 inch bigger Sickle Bar Mowers that Wheel Horse sold that had the same 2 inch blades used on the bars. Here is a photo of some of my replacement blades that I have for Wheel Horse cutter and sickle bars that are both plain/smooth edged and serrated. I placed a 2 inch Wheel Horse Blade over this 2 inch blade on this (Jari ? or other cutter bar manufacturer that has 19 two inch blades riveted to the cutter bar for a comparison of the blades and length. The rivet holes are not compatible on the 19 blade bar with the Wheel Horse blade holes. This photo shows a Wheel Horse Blade on top of the other blade that I have in a 19 blade bar: Edited August 25, 2013 by Lane Ranger
