WHAT ARE THESE WHEEL WEIGHTS?

I bought these from my neighbor today. He had them on his 1971 Bronco 14 OR a 1960 Suburban. They have W35 cast in them and they weigh 28 pounds each. He told me he had me them on inside of the rear wheels. They came with the tractor when he bought it new. Are they OE or aftermarket. Thanks for any help.

Never seen a set like that....  hopefully bringing this to the top will get some more views and help you identify them.
