david wheatley 2 #1 Posted June 23, 2013 Hi ,is there anyone in cornwall willing to get my raider 12 going,was running now no spark.i have tried everything I know.the electrics have never been great since I got it-needs rewiring.i am more than willing to pay someone to do the work.i can deliver her to you in cornwall /Devon ,just want it working! meadowfield 2,570 #2 Posted June 23, 2013 We can help you! Is there 12v to the coil? Has the wire for the condensor fallen off, Are the points gapped and opening/closing? david wheatley 2 #3 Posted June 23, 2013 I'm really needing someone to redo the electrics,they really are bad.i don't have points,I have the other variety ! Anglo Traction 761 #4 Posted June 23, 2013 Ok David, your at the other end of the Country from me. I know of some down there, but it may help if you can give us some details of your Raider. What is your Tractor Model nbr ? .. .. Engine Model and Serial nbr?...........(maybe breakerless ign) Can you post pics of the Tractor and any of the existing wiring problem?, the more the better. I know there are a few people down your way that are members here, but have not been active for a long while and I've helped one out with Electrics and sent them an Ign Switch in the past. It will take me a while to search and try to contact them. I don't wish to raise your hopes, but it's possible they could help out. I know it won't solve your problem right now though.
