It is beyond excellent, .Last night at the show my son and myself got into the van to get some sleep. I was just about to turn out the light when I said to my son Cole, grab the dvd player and get me the Smartfood! (popcorn that is!) i then grabbed my 3rd edition, opened the cover and pulled out the DVD and we watched the video that comes with the book.
