Buda 11 #1 Posted June 16, 2013 Its gona be slow going as money it tight but here is my start Tie Rods Ran a die over 3/8 in cold rolled steel rod and got some tie rod ends at Farm King......I can just replace the ends if they are ever a problem again. 953 nut 55,032 #5 Posted June 16, 2013 Even though they a short I am not too sure 3/8 is big enough to keep from bending. You may want to consider backing them up by slipping a piece of pipe that fits snugley over them between the new rod ends. Now I realize I should have test fit this stuff before I painted.....Oh Well.....Fender had to be massaged to fit around everything and will need some paint repair. or I will sand it again and respray....Live and learn 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
