Its gona be slow going as money it tight but here is my start

Tie Rods

Ran a die over 3/8 in cold rolled steel rod and got some tie rod ends at Farm King......I can just replace the ends if they are ever a problem again.  Still cheaper than buying new. 

Any way its a start

Oh I dont know how well its aligned   but my left tie rod wont be falling off any more

  Even though they a short I am not too sure 3/8 is big enough to keep from bending. You may want to consider backing them up by slipping a piece of pipe that fits snugley over them

 

between the new rod ends. You can always give what you have a try and add the pipe later if it is needed.

953 I had the same thought that they may not be strong enough.......the pipe would take care of it for sure if they become a problem......the most weight I will have up front will be a blade for pushing snow

If you are pushing snow and hit something frozen with one of the front wheels, you will need to work on the tie rods again!

In this case, bigger (diameter) is better!

The fender painted the second time.....the first time I found a hair in it and just wet sanded the whole thing and resprayed.

Fitting the drive belt cover.  Now I realize I should have test fit this stuff before I painted.....Oh Well.....Fender had to be massaged to fit around everything and will need some paint repair. or I will sand it again and respray....Live and learn
