DoctorHfuhruhurr 137 #4 Posted June 11, 2013 How much was it? Or shouldn't I ask? I was thinking about carbon fiber when I saw the making of the hood for the prototype RJ out of fiberglass recently on here. It doesn't look too bad to do. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ybyh6Q9MBgE
chris11 184 #5 Posted June 11, 2013 Well, This guy Chris Rose made the mold from parts I sent him. and the deal was he was going to make me the part out of fiber glass, but then I was thinking carbon fiber. Well he only charged me what it cost him for carbon. So Chris also makes a front end for one of the newer wheelhorses also a rear fender.

Deere Hunter 54 #7 Posted June 12, 2013 Thats pretty sweet Chris. Be neat if he did the 70's long frame hoods or could do extra long ones for a stretched frame pullers.
