Torino 14 #1 Posted August 14, 2008 I have a '69 Electro with the hydro trans. It is really hard to find neutral. It seems like you are either going forward or reverse. You have to hold you mouth just right to find neutral. Like there is not enough space between forward and reverse. Is it suppose to be that way are is there a fix? Teddy da Bear 11 #2 Posted August 14, 2008 I am new to "hydrostat" transmissions as well. I have 2. A GT-14 and a C-120. I can just tell you from my limited experience that when the clutch pedal is depressed the lever position should return to neutral. There is an adjustment for this if it does not. My GT-14 creeps forward when supposedly in neutral. I am sure someone will come along who can describe this in more detail.
