fisherman 39 #3 Posted May 22, 2013 Thanks Chris, it runs and rides nice, just wanted the engine this thing is complete, that deck is very nice and at least as heavy as a comercial grade. As a matter of fact this was probally a comercial tractor for golf courses etc.
KC9KAS 4,741 #4 Posted May 22, 2013 A 14 hp Kohler...Wow...I see why you bought it. When my wife saw it she thought it was "cute".
fisherman 39 #5 Posted May 22, 2013 The pics dont do justice to this, it's almost 4ft wide, like a tank! I was told it was made in 1960, but can't find any info

546cowboy 301 #8 Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) From all I've been able to find(very little) it was sold by Sears in the 60's but the only pictures I've found were of one with a 36" deck and that had a steering wheel and not that bar looking thing. I haven't given up yet though as there has to be more than one of these left in the world. I like it! fisherman is 400 miles from me but it may end up in my herd. I did find out that the David Bradley factory was in Bradly, IL. only 40 miles from me. The town was named after the tractor factory. Imagine that!
